Sahyogi is a non-political, non-religious, and not-for-profit organization, formally registered under the Society Registration Act (21 of 1860) in February 2008 in Bihar. Sahyogi is duly registered under the Income Tax Act for tax exemptions under Sections 12AB and 80G, and is also registered under the FCRA and CSR provisions.
